I recently listened to the podcast Diary of A CEO where Stephen hosted Dr. Roger Seheult, a doctor who was speaking about some natural ways in which we can help heal our bodies. He breaks the advice down into eight pillars spelling NEW START which can be an easy way of remembering what are some things you can do to help for your mind body and spirit:

N - Nutrition. Eat healthy food. Avoid unhealthy food.

E - Exercise. Move your body

W - Water. Drink water and swim in water

S - Sunlight. Get sunlight into your eyes and onto your skin.

T - Temperance. Avoid harmful substances and habits.

A - Air. Breath clean fresh air.

R - Rest. Let your body heal by resting and sleeping.

T - Trust. Trust in something greater.
